What the website records, how it uses the information, and what it does not do. Effective September 19, 2026.

The quote tool

The quote form gathers gender, birth date, your self-assessed health, cigarette use, how much coverage you want, and how many years you want it for. This data goes to the carriers' quoting tool to return costs and does not stay on this site. We do not take names, addresses, phone numbers, or emails to show quotes. Matching requests that are the same can pull from a temporary cache to avoid extra calls.

Applying

Once you choose to apply, your information completes a form run by the carriers' application tool, and you follow their privacy rules. Susman Insurance Agency, a California-licensed insurance company (License 0B75129), processes your application.

The contact form

Your contact message asks for your name, email, an optional contact number, how you prefer our response, a category, and your message. We deliver it by email to the agency; your email serves as our return address. The site keeps no archived message, no user database, and no message log. An anti-abuse verification in your browser runs quickly before sending.

Measurement

This website records page access using first-party, non-cookie measurement from this domain. We do not create cookies or tracking identifiers; your IP is shortened before we save it; referring page information is stripped; records are purged after 90 days. Users with Do Not Track turned on or Global Privacy Control enabled are not captured.

What we do not do

This website does not trade, lend out, or hand over personal information; we do not place advertising monitors or bring in external analytics. The only outside program on this site is the carriers' application service on the apply page, loaded only when you get there.
